LONG TIME NO SEA ?

Well then, you've come to the offishial plaice to fish for puns'n'proses regarding fish. This has not been written using UNIX sea-shell. You just need to use a fishing net(scape).

In the Arctic ocean, north of Finland, there was a school of fishes, full of interesting students. There was the usual muggo  -  the muggermuch, who wanted to study and become a docktor or a sturgeon. There was the famous mermaid. She liked sea-men a lot. Then there was our local hero, Salmon Khan. He was in the school to study Naval engineering, which he did in his free time ( and of the mermaid's at other times ). There were other star-fishes also, but our man was interested in the mermaid only. And then there was the villian - Pra(w)n, along with his side kicks  -  piraanhas, mackerel, . . .
Salmon was having a whale of a time with the mermaid, his current favourite.  Their affairs made waves in the society. This made Prawn very jealous. He tried to serenade her - " hum aapke hain prawn ". He also sent his piraanha to wreck havoc. But the mermaid complained - "gandha hai ye iska piraanha, hai Ram, kudiyon ko daale daana".
Prawn now was very angry, and soon, he and Salmon were engulfed in a heated argument. Herring the commotion, the local Don, the Codfather came out, flexed his mussels, clammed his fists together, and shouted - " ee kyaa shore machi rahi ho ? Ees thees a fish market ? Shouting like that ! Now go, you are making mee feel eel".
The Don, a bit more restrained and cool - " Hum aapke hain don. So listen to me. What is all this crab, sorry, crap about ? She's just a mere maid ! So stop carping about it and settle it amicably. Don't ever drag it to the courts. I, for one, feel like a fish out of water there. Prawn, you've always been very selfish. Don't tread in troubled waters; change with the tide, and there will still be a ray of hope for you. Now don't disturb me with these matters again. I've got other fish to fry".
The scales seemed to be turning in Salmon's favour. But still, both Prawn  and   Salmon lost her. Salmon then said - " well, we're in the same boat ".
Don't you smell something fishy ?

        The shark . . . . . . .

Shar(u)kh Khan had baited the mermaid hook, line and sinker ! ! !
